Shipping Policy

For products shipping to Rwanda, we handle the shipment of your purchases from the online stores to Rwanda, covering all taxes and shipping expenses necessary for the products to reach our office in Kigali. Upon shipping, we may send you the tracking link for your product(s). Upon arrival, we offer free delivery anywhere in Kigali city or we can arrange for you to collect it from our office if outside Kigali city. We take responsibility for any damage to your order before it reaches you. In the event that we are unable to ship your product due to damage, we refund you within 14 working days.

For products shipping outside Rwanda, the customer will be in charge of all the customer duties required by their country in order to get their product(s). Please be reminded that products that are lost at the customer’s customs office that received it is in no way or form Inumastore’s problem. Inumastore will pay all the required fees until the product(s) reaches the customs office from the customer’s shipping country.

The usual delivery time is 14 days for all products purchased through Inumastore.com. However, please note that unforeseen delays may occur due to third-party delivery services and customs regulations, which could affect the promised delivery time. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for shipping delays caused by these third-party services.

If payment for a product shipped to our Rwandan store is not received in full within one month, the product will be sold at an auction with no refund. If you wish to reclaim the product, you must pay additional storage fees within one week after the due date.
